We offer concessions for those in need of support. Families are encouraged to contact us to discuss their specific needs. This ensures that potential clients and customers know they can reach out for financial considerations, making our services more accessible to everyone. We also serve to marginalised and underrepresented communities who may already be deprived of access to care or have unmet needs.
In the UK, many care services are exempt from VAT. This includes services provided by registered health professionals, such as nursing and personal care, which are often not subject to VAT. This exemption helps to keep the cost of care services more affordable for those who need them. However, we are still liable to pay corporation tax and other tax obligations for the services we provide.
